I am sharing this recipe from Tipper Lewis, Naturopathic Herbalist at Neal’s Yard Remedies.
Makes 20 small balls
1 cup Almonds, soaked overnight, dried and ground in a blender
4 teaspoons Chia Seeds
4 tablespoons Dessicated Coconut
4 tablespoons Cacao Powder, plus extra for dusting
4 tablespoons Goji Berries
10 Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
1 teaspoon Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Simply add all your ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth and sticky.
Roll into any size balls you wish and dust with cacao powder.
They will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
